and my heart just melted. Nothing out of the ordinary, really, but I just paused at the cute-ness of him and wondered, "Who knew that my heart would melt, simply because I looked down and saw a bright blue-eyed boy looking up at me? Who knew?"
And in all seriousness--who can resist THOSE EYES?! They are too amazing.

Awe! Cute picture! It's amazing isn't it? It's the little moments like this one that make all the craziness totally worth it. You are a sweet mom. Miss you!
The boy has a good soul--you can just see it in his eyes even in a picture. It will be fun to see what he does in life :)
