Carpet Sweet Carpet

Our carpet was installed today on the stairs and in the basement. It is soft and oh-so-WONDERFUL! Who knew carpet could bring so much happiness into our little home? :)

We had an adventure picking out paint for this room. It was harder than any other room, and we had to re-choose a paint color and re-paint the lighter grey color because the original one we chose looked lavendar/periwinkle in the lighting down there. But, despite this small paint-fiasco, I think it turned out great, don't you?
