I went on the annual Blackham brothers fishing trip to the Uinta Mountains this week. We visited many lakes in the area of Kidney, Rainbow, and Painters Lakes. It was a 15 mile hike in to the lakes with two passes to climb over. The hike out was about 18 miles. Every day we fished up to about 6 lakes, covering about 4-5 miles. Our total mileage for the week was around 45-50. My shoulders are very sore from carrying the 40-50 pound pack. Here are some highlights.

Those pictures are amazing!!!! Thanks for sharing with those of us that will never venture that far up to get to see them in person!!! WOW!
